Grand advice, but sometimes the idea of future leisure is the only thing that gets me through the day. I just keep telling myself that I can be more helpful when I'm retired and have the time and accumulation. Folly logic for sure, but it keeps me going. I also convince myself that the harder I work, the closer I am to creating another job for another person; thus counterbalancing my lack of tangible charity with indirect charity by the insurance of sustainable income when there was none previous.
